01 / Truth. Resilience. Grace.

TRUTH.

Accepting your TRUTH is courageous.

For years, I fiercely protected my privacy because I felt ashamed of what I had endured and survived. I carried pain that was never mine to carry, questioned my own worth, and struggled to speak openly about surviving narcissistic abuse and navigating a judicial system that, in my experience, repeatedly failed me.

However, silence becomes its own form of prison and internal agony.

I am learning that telling my TRUTH does not require exposing every private detail. It means acknowledging what happened (Accepting my TRUTH), reclaiming my voice, and refusing to allow shame, fear, guilt...or anyone else...to define me.

TRUTH means no longer carrying responsibility for the choices of others.

I’ve discovered that speaking my TRUTH is not a weakness, it is courageous. It is the first brave act of reclaiming my voice, my reality, my life, and the woman I was forced to become.

Abuse can distort what you know, silence what you feel, and teach you to question your own experiences. Speaking your TRUTH…even quietly and only to yourself…can begin to return what was stolen from you.

Your TRUTH belongs only to you. You decide when, how, and with whom it is shared.
